Clean Away Disposal, LLC uses route images daily.
Our drivers may need to take route images for a variety of reasons.
Route images may be taken from the roadway or on a customer’s property.
All reasonable efforts are made to avoid people or easily identifiable property.
Route images are used for documentation of the amount of trash collected. This helps our company know if billing needs to change.
Route images are also necessary for documentation when a customer has missed their pick-up.
If your trash is not out, a route image will be saved to your account documenting the time the driver was there.
When an item we cannot accept is placed out for pick-up, we take a route image for our records.
Route images due to unruly or aggressive animals, such as dogs, are essential to our driver’s safety.
If an issue arises where property damage or other issues that may require documentation, the driver will take route images.
All route images are saved in our routing software, Teleroute.
Images are linked to the customer account that the image was taken from. Access to these images is limited to office staff of Clean Away Disposal, LLC. Route images are saved to a cloud software provided by Teleroute, a product of TrashFlow, an Ivy Computer company. The driver cannot see the route image again, once it is saved to the customer account. These images can be emailed to the customer through Trashflow.
Route images are not used for commercial advertising or public display.
Route images are indispensable and help protect our customers, drivers, and our company.
At any time, customers can request that route image on their property not be taken. This does NOT include route images taken from the roadway.
If we are unable to take route images and documentation becomes necessary due to animals, excessive trash, or other liability concerns, a cancellation of service notice may be applicable.
