Policies & Procedures
- All trash MUST be out by 5 am. We recommend placing the trash out the night before – except in severe weather.
- We provide a 95/96 gallon can for the duration of the service. We do not sell our cans. We pick up our can if service is cancelled.
- Any unacceptable items placed in the can will be removed and placed beside the can.
- We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service, at any time.
- Please have all dogs retrained. Our driver’s safety is a top priority. Failure to restrain dogs may result in disruption or termination of service immediately.
- Payment is due on the 1st of every month. See below for our past due account policies.
- We pick up on all holidays except Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

Request for trucks to return:
Effective June 1st 2024:
A minimum fee of $25.00 will apply to any account that requests a special pickup due to missing the normal scheduled pickup, if we are able to accommodate the request.
Availability for this depends highly on the normal route schedules, employees, and IS NOT always an option.
This fee will increase based on distance, time spent returning to the address, fuel, and driver pay.
This fee MUST be paid prior to our company sending a truck back – no exceptions.
** Please note: our routing software stores time-stamped route images when the trash is not out, when the driver is there. These are linked to each account. **
Past Due Account Policy:
Accounts that are two months past due are subject to termination of service.
1. We email multiple statements and mail past due statements on the 8th.
3. Trash will not be collected until payment is received.
4. If no payment has been received by the final pickup of the second month, we will terminate the service.
5. Service will not be restarted without collecting the past due balance and the next month’s fee.
6. Payment must be received 24 hours prior to pickup to avoid disruptions in service. Payments can be mailed, made online, or left on the cart for the driver (with prior notification to our office.)
7. We do not send a truck back to collect the trash if payment is received after the normal pickup.
Billing:
Payments can be made online or by mail.
** All customers are on the same billing schedule. **
- Payments are DUE on the 1st of each month.
- A late fee of $5.00 applies on the 8th for all accounts with outstanding balances.
Autopay processes on the 1st or the following business day.
We cannot alter the due date or autopay date to another day.** Returned ACH fees: Payments made online by ACH (automated check – paid with routing and account number) are processed like a paper check. They take 5 – 7 business days to process and complete. Returned ACH payments will be charged a minimum fee of $5.00 for every returned ACH. Multiple returned ACH payments will cause termination of the ability to pay online and can be prosecuted by law, the same as a paper check.
